Lori has been grooming since 1998 and has owned Happy Tails since 2004. She has been competing in grooming competitions since 2000, and has an extensive display of pictures, ribbons and trophies. Lori loves competing and attending educational seminars, she and her staff try to attend at least 4 seminars and competitions a year. She enjoys competing with the sporting breeds, but always enters every group for a chance at "groomer of the year" or "best in show" Lori also competes in the Handstripping Ring and is the only one in her area that knows how to properly strip a coat.  She has been a member of The New England Pet Grooming Professionals since 2000, and is now a board member. Lori prides herself on the knowledge she has of the different breeds that enter her shop. She and her staff strive to do everything possible so your pet leaves with a "Happy Tail".
Lori has an 8 year old St. Bernard named "Annie" at home, and two Persian Cats "Redmond" and "Baron".

Karen Couch is in this picture with her dog Kira, She attended The Connecticut School Of Dog Grooming and has been grooming at Happy Tails since 2004. She enjoys grooming the Wheaten Terriers, Cocker Spaniels and all the large breeds.
